How to request account deletion

To delete your TinyCashflow account and all associated data, send us an email:

1. Send the request from the email address associated with your TinyCashflow account.
2. Send it to support@tinycashflow.com.
3. Use the subject line "Delete my account".

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion as described below.

Delete part of your data without closing your account

You can delete individual transactions, accounts, worksheets, categories, and recurring templates directly in the app at any time — open the item and tap the delete icon. These deletions sync to our servers immediately when you are online.

If you want to keep your account active but have us erase specific data on the server, email support@tinycashflow.com with the subject "Delete my data" and describe which data to remove.

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, the following is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your email address and account profile
• All worksheets, transactions, accounts, balances, categories, and recurring templates synced to your account
• Preferences, settings, and sync state tied to your account
• Subscription records held by us (your purchase record at Google Play or Apple may persist separately under their respective policies)

Any locally cached data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or sign out and clear app data.

What we may retain, and for how long

For legal, accounting, and security reasons we may retain a limited set of records in anonymized or minimized form:

• Anonymized server logs and error reports — up to 90 days
• Records required by tax and accounting law (e.g. subscription transaction records) — retained for the period required by applicable law
• Records of abuse or security incidents — retained only as long as needed for fraud prevention

Timeline

• Your account is marked as deleted within 7 days of your request.
• All personal data (other than the retained categories above) is permanently purged from our active databases within 30 days.
• Backups containing your data are rotated out within 90 days.
