Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Tiny Cashflow. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our Premium subscription.

14-Day Free Trial

All new Premium subscriptions include a 14-day free trial:

  • No credit card required to start
  • Full access to all Premium features during the trial
  • Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge
  • After 14 days, you'll be prompted to subscribe to continue

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time:

  • How to cancel: Go to Settings in the app and select "Manage Subscription"
  • Immediate effect: Your cancellation takes effect immediately
  • Access continues: You'll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period
  • Data preserved: Your data remains intact and accessible

After your subscription ends, you'll return to the Free tier. Your data will still be there, but syncing across devices will be disabled.

Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided you have not started using the service. To cancel, contact Paddle (our payment provider) before the 14-day period expires.

Important: Once you begin using Tiny Cashflow Premium features (such as syncing data across devices), you acknowledge that you have started receiving the digital service and your right to cancel is waived.

Subscription Refunds

There are no refunds on unused subscription periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue to use Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, tax compliance, and refund requests.
